Fast Response Onsite Printer maintenance contracts
Although new printers come with a minimum of 12 months warranty this does not offer a guaranteed response time, and will require you to return the printer to the manufacturer for a repair. A warranty only covers parts that fail under the terms of the warranty and not, for example a dirty printhead affecting print quality.
When a printer is critical to your continued operation (for example printing labels to dispatch goods) an onsite maintenance contract is essential. We offer 4 and 8 hour turnaround services to suit the needs of your business. Alternative 2 day onsite and 3 day return to base options are also available.
We strongly recommend that any printer that is in daily use is covered by a contract. A maintenance contract provides a guaranteed fix time that you can rely on. If we can’t fix your machine for any reason then we will provide a loan printer free of charge.
All parts and labour are included (except printheads and platens) and there is no limit to the number of call-outs you can make.
As there are so many maintenance options available we do not currently feature contracts on our website. Our expert sales team would be pleased to provide a quotation on request.
Discounts of up to 25% are available for multiple printers on one contract.
Software support
Our in-house team are pleased to provide free of charge set-up support when you purchase a product from us, however if you will require ongoing support for your software package (or did not purchase from us initially) then we recommend a software support contract as the most cost effective way of accessing support.
A support contract from just £95.00 gives you the reassurance of unlimited telephone support from our fully trained support team who can provide assistance within 2 hours of your call being logged.
Onsite consultancy and project advice
Our field based team of project managers are a free resource that you can access with no obligation to purchase. Our managers are available to assist you throughout the initial planning and testing phases of any hardware or software project. We have specialists in each product sector and have team members available throughout the UK.
In addition to our own in-house team we work closely with all the major hardware manufacturers and can obtain manufacturer support for larger projects including demo equipment, manufacturer presence at meetings and access to the highest levels of technical support. In addition many manufacturers will provide special project pricing if you are working with a reputable value added reseller like Barcode Superstore.
