Do I have to order over the internet?

No, we would be delighted to take your order on the phone and our experienced team can offer advice on the best product for you. Simply call 0845 269 6689

What payment methods do you accept?
When placing your order online or over the phone we accept payment via:

Visa
Visa Delta
MasterCard
Switch/Maestro
Paypal

If you do not have a credit/debit card we can send you a pro forma invoice and you can send payment by cheque or BACS.
For business customers looking to place regular orders with Barcode Superstore we do offer credit accounts with 30 day payment terms subject to status.


What do I do if I want to make a complaint?
If you have any feedback or a complaint please email us at enquiries@gsmgroup.co.uk  or call our customer service team on 0845 269 6689.

What happens if the product I receive is faulty or not what I ordered?
In the event that you receive a product which is not in accordance with your order, please contact us to obtain an RMA number and return it within 7 working days, starting from the first working day after you receive the goods, and we will give you a full refund. Likewise, if you receive an order that is faulty, we will be happy to give you a full refund or send out a replacement, if you return the item within 7 working days from receipt of the goods.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery. Please remember that you must call to obtain an RMA number before sending the product back.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

How do I know that my order is secure?
The safety of your credit/debit card details is guaranteed when you shop at Barcode Superstore. We use the Comodo EV SSL security system  which uses the latest measures to protect your security with 128-bit SSL software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order. When you click on the 'Proceed' button you will see that the address changes to https:// . The https:// part of the web address indicates that you are now on a secure server and it is further confirmed by the padlock logo (or key) appearing at the bottom right hand side of your web browser.
 
How do I know that my order has been received?
After you have placed your order you will automatically receive an "Order Acknowledgement" email from us. This email will confirm your full order details including your order number and the current status of your order.

When will my order be delivered?
When the item is in stock, your order will be dispatched and you should receive your order within 48 hours. Some products take a few days to come from our suppliers, or may not be in stock currently. We will provide you with regular updates on the progress of your order. Because stock levels can change by the minute please call our team if your requirement is urgent so that they can check stock levels and reserve your goods.

How much will delivery cost?
Orders over £100 ex VAT qualify for FREE delivery to any UK mainland destination. All items are sent out on the day of receipt if they are in stock and the order is received before 3pm. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:30pm.

What information of mine do you keep?
The type of information we will collect about you includes: Your Name Address Phone Number Email Address Credit/Debit Card Details We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us at enquiries@barcodesuperstore.co.uk. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

What happens to my personal information once I have given it to you?
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
 
Will I start getting junk emails after giving you my personal information?
Barcode Superstore is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. Barcode Superstore will never sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
